Xceptional partners with Randstad to expand neurodiversity services in Victorian Government and prom

Xceptional, an expert in neurodivergent talent has announced a partnership with Randstad, a global leader in recruitment and HR services with an ambition to become the most equitable and specialised talent company. Together, the two companies will work to expand opportunities for neurodivergent people in the Victorian Government. At the heart of this partnership is a shared mission to promote neurodiversity and disability inclusion in the workplace. The partnership supports the Victorian Government to deliver on Getting to work, its disability employment action plan 2018-2025. The plan is designed to increase the representation of and meaningful employment for people with disability across the public sector so that it can deliver the best outcomes for the Victorian community.


Xceptional has long been a champion of these values, providing a range of services to support neurodivergent individuals while creating accessible, inclusive workplaces. Through its innovative approach, Xceptional has helped companies across a range of industries build more inclusive and effective teams.

According to the Victorian Government, people with disability make up around 7.3% of the Victorian workforce (aged 15 to 64). People with disability make up 7.8% of Victorian Public Service employees employed in places like government departments and an estimated 5.1% of employees across the broader Victorian public sector.

By partnering with Randstad, Xceptional will be able to expand its impact and reach more job seekers and employers. Randstad's global network and resources will allow Xceptional to offer its services to a broader audience, including the Victorian Government.
