The additional costs for families who have a loved one with disability are significant.Our Founder Steve, who worked as a support worker at a Sydney Autism school has worked with countless families who are challenged to fund activities. Something as small as a bowling ticket or as costly as an overnight’s accommodation are out of reach for many. The Foundation launched in December 2021 on International Day of People with a Disability (IDPwD) with an event at CommBank Stadium in Parramatta that brought families and carers from disability support services across Sydney together with a team of professional and semi-professional athletes
